The Public Establishment of the Palace of Justice in Paris (EPPJP) wishes centralization of legal institutions on the same site.

The Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW) is the project architect .They are the main representative of the project management team.

setec tpi is the prime contractor for studies and works for the main structure part, framework and foundations, assisted in this task by Terrasol for geotechnical problems. setec bâtiment is the prime contractor for air lots, electricity, and efficiency energy.

Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France is the constructor.
