Discover the participants
The Ministry of Justice has given its proxy to the public establishment of the Paris justice court (EPPJP). Its mission is to design and build the future Paris law court that will group together the services of the crown court and the police tribunal.
The project was entrusted to the Arélia consortium, project manager of the project, composed of two subsidiaries of BOUYGUES Construction and investors, under the form of a partnership contract.
The Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW) is the project architect .They are the main representative of the project management team.
setec tpi is the prime contractor for studies and works for the main structure part, framework and foundations, assisted in this task by Terrasol for geotechnical problems. setec bâtiment is the prime contractor for air lots, electricity, and efficiency energy.
Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France is the constructor.
