Project management support

Project management for major projects requires a holistic approach and a strong ability to anticipate challenges, particularly when dealing with complex regulations, defining clear performance targets, and managing costs, deadlines and quality.

Rooted in an operational culture, our engineers support our clients across all technical, financial, human and environmental challenges. This expertise spans a wide range of fields – complex structures, infrastructure, civil engineering, the environment and BIM – and is also applied through consultancy, audit and strategy services, as well as project development and support for complex and innovative projects.

Project management

We undertake comprehensive project management assignments, from the design phase (project development, preparation, tendering and analysis of tenders, and review of construction drawings) through to the construction phase (site management, supervision of works, and coordination of stakeholders), in the fields of infrastructure, building construction and urban development, whether for new builds, repairs or regeneration projects.  

 

Detailed design

setec tpi carries out detailed design work for the most complex civil engineering projects, whether this involves producing 2D or 3D drawings, taking into account manufacturing and construction methods, or sequencing the works… 

setec tpi also carries out approval and independent engineering services in relation to the detailed design documents. 

Fire Safety Engineering

setec tpi is a body recognised as competent (ORC) by the Ministry of the Interior to carry out engineering studies on smoke extraction systems.
This accreditation attests to the reliability, independence and regulatory compliance of the studies carried out by setec tpi.
Through a multidisciplinary and operational engineering approach, setec tpi ensures the safety of projects by balancing regulatory requirements, technical constraints, architectural quality and actual usage. 

Safety and Operations

setec tpi supports concessionaires and operators as an independent engineer or expert consultant on issues relating to the operation, safety and performance of infrastructure. The teams are involved in particular in due diligence assignments, ensuring the safety of structures, drawing up maintenance and refurbishment programmes, optimising operating costs, as well as independent inspections, monitoring of works and loss assessments.
