A wide range of training courses tailored to your ambitions
The in-house university
The In-House University is open to all setec tpi staff. Each year, our programme offers them a range of technical and managerial skills to develop, whilst promoting the company’s values. The In-House University modules are delivered by our experts and complement the individual training plan.
The SETEC campus
As a corporate university and incubator for the engineering professions of the future, the Setec Campus has three main objectives: to share knowledge within the Group; to foster collaboration and exchange amongst staff; and to encourage them to explore new areas of expertise.
Nicolas METZ Design Engineer, Setec TPII joined setec in October 2020 and, a year later, I took part in the Fresque du Climat training course. It was a real eye-opener and made me want to become a Fresque facilitator myself. Becoming a trainer is a very interesting experience; it’s a change from day-to-day work and allows you to meet colleagues from across the group, stepping outside your usual working circle. The participants’ enthusiasm during the training and their very positive feedback are what motivate me most to continue my involvement.
